LaKeisha Barnes launched ClariZen Counseling and Coaching with a clear sense of what she wanted to build — a practice that holds both clinical counseling and personal coaching under one roof, serving people ready to do the work of healing and growing. What she was starting with on the brand side was a blank page. No logo, no website, no visual identity of any kind. For a new practice entering a market where a potential client's first encounter with a therapist often happens online, everything needed to be built before the doors could open.

DRMR Creative built the complete brand identity and website from scratch. The dual nature of the practice shaped every creative decision. ClariZen is not only a counseling practice and not only a coaching service — it is both, operating together, serving the same person at different points in their journey. The brand had to communicate that range clearly and credibly without creating confusion about what the practice offers or who it serves. The website was built to give a prospective client enough clarity and enough warmth to take the step of reaching out, which is the only job that matters for a mental health practice's digital presence.
